Exploring the Anaheim Real Estate Market: New Listings and Recent Sales

By Karen Shin

I’ve been seeing a lot of excitement around the Anaheim real estate market lately, and I cannot wait to share my insights! In March 2026, we've observed a dynamic shift with plenty of new listings, making it an intriguing time for buyers and sellers alike. If you're looking for Anaheim homes for sale, or considering entering the market, there's definitely a buzz worth noting.

Recent Market Trends in Anaheim

As I keep my finger on the pulse of the Anaheim real estate scene, the current median home price is around $780,000, which reflects a slight increase compared to last year. Homes are selling for an average price per square foot of $475. While this represents a healthy appreciation, it’s essential to highlight that the days on market have decreased significantly. Homeowners are receiving offers in around 18 days, a stark contrast to previous trends where homes lingered for weeks.

Inventory levels are pretty stable. Right now, we have about 180 active listings in Anaheim, covering various neighborhoods from the bustling streets of Anaheim Plaza to the family-friendly areas near Disneyland and Downtown Anaheim. This diverse selection provides an excellent opportunity for buyers to find a home that matches their lifestyle and preferences.

Notable New Listings and Sales

The diverse inventory includes some fantastic new listings that might catch your eye. For instance, a charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in the delightful Anaheim Hills area just hit the market at $899,000. This property is especially appealing, with stunning views and easy access to hiking trails in Peters Canyon Regional Park. Being close to local schools like Anaheim Hills Elementary makes it a great fit for families.

Another standout listing is a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in West Anaheim near Knott’s Berry Farm listed for $670,000. This home offers a modern open floor plan and is surrounded by amazing dining options, including several popular Korean restaurants like Yuk Ga Nae and Choong Man Chicken. It’s ideal for clients looking to embrace a vibrant community.

On the sales side, a recently sold 5-bedroom home on Brookhurst Street in the Anaheim West neighborhood fetched $1.15 million—a record for the area! This home had a fantastic layout, and with its proximity to major freeways, it attracted multiple offers within just a week. This sale exemplifies the competitive nature of Anaheim real estate right now.

What Makes Anaheim Special for Korean American Buyers?

As a Korean American real estate professional, I can tell you that Anaheim offers some excellent resources that resonate with many of my clients. Not only do we have numerous Korean markets like H Mart and Mitsuwa Marketplace within a short driving distance, but we also have well-established Korean churches and cultural centers nearby. Many families appreciate the presence of hagwons (after-school academies) for their children, with some great options scattered throughout Anaheim.

Additionally, the vibrancy of local events and community gatherings helps maintain the cultural essence that many of my clients cherish. There’s something special about being part of a community that understands your background while also immersing in the diverse culture of Southern California.

As the Anaheim real estate market continues to grow, I firmly believe it has something for everyone, especially for families looking for a place that offers both community and convenience.
